针对某冷轧汽车板厂库位堆放管理中存在的人力资源浪费严重、工作效率低且存在安全隐患等问题,在详细分析了原有库位堆放管理方法后,提出了以作业计划、产出实绩、发货计划为指导,以材料的合同、钢种、炉号、规格尺寸等信息为参考,以库位堆放最优为原则的库位堆放优化技术,并给出了具体的实施方案。在某冷轧汽车板厂的应用表明,库位堆放优化技术的运用使堆场管理摆脱了手工环节,堆场内信息跟踪及时、准确,避免了人工管理带来的资源浪费,加快了物流的周转。
