大学生在兼职过程中权利遭受损害的现象较为普遍,但是从目前法律规定和研究状况来看,对大学生兼职过程中的权利保护规定较为零散地分布在各部门法或者行政法规之中,且较为原则。本文针对大学生兼职过程中的权益保障问题进行研究,希望在某种程度上能够弥补相关法律规定的缺失和理论研究的不足,指导大学生在实践中用法律维权,并对司法中关于权利救济的诉讼提供一定的参考。
