为了初步弄清马铃薯缺陷种薯(畸形种薯和裂口种薯)后代薯形变化的规律,分别选用荷兰15、早大白、克新13、克新18、中薯3号的畸形种薯和正常种薯以及克新13、克新18、中薯3号的裂口种薯和正常种薯为试验材料,探讨了畸形种薯和裂口种薯后代薯形的变化。结果表明:无论是畸形种薯还是薯形表现正常的种薯,其后代均会出现畸形的块茎,而且两者后代块茎出现畸形的概率无明显差异;与薯形正常的块茎相比,裂口种薯后代出现裂口的概率要明显高于薯形正常的种薯。
In order to clarify the regularity of the potato-shaped changes of the offspring of potato-deficient seed (deformity and split-mouth), we selected the germ-free potato of Holland15, Zaobai, Kexin13, Kexin18, Seed potato and Keshen 13, Kexin 18 and Zhongshu 3 were used as experimental materials to explore the changes of potato shape in offspring and split seed. The results showed that both normal and tuberous seed tubers showed abnormal tubers, and there was no significant difference in their probability of occurrence of deformities among tubers. Compared with tuberous normal tubers, Probability of generation of potato offspring to be significantly higher than the normal tuberous seed potato.
