前言拖拉机、汽车发动机的连杆锻件生产,一般采用锻锤或压力机进行。近年来,我国有些单位采用了辊锻工艺生产连杆锻件。这是因为辊锻工艺具有设备简单,生产效率高,成本低,劳动条件好,易实现机械化和自动化等优点。四会县农机二厂于75年开始应用辊锻工艺生产“90系列柴油机”三种规格的连杆毛坯。经几年的生产实践证明,采用该工艺后不但产品质量、生产效率、模具的寿命都得到很大的提高,而且产品成本也降低。到目前为止,已经生产10万多件连杆锻件。
Preface Tractor, connecting rod forgings engine car production, generally used forging hammer or press. In recent years, some units in our country have adopted the roll forging process to produce connecting rod forgings. This is because the roll forging process has the advantages of simple equipment, high production efficiency, low cost, good working conditions, easy mechanization and automation. Sihui County Agricultural Machinery Plant in 75 years began to use roll forging production of “90 Series Diesel” three specifications of the link blank. After several years of production practice has proved that the use of the technology not only product quality, productivity, mold life have been greatly improved, but also reduce product costs. So far, more than 100,000 pieces of connecting rod forgings have been produced.
