本文阐述了人类肿瘤和小鼠肿瘤实验模型中树突状细胞/郎格罕氐细胞(DC/LC)和肿瘤之间的关系。DC/LC作为抗原呈递细胞(APC),具有呈递肿瘤抗原,参与机体抗肿瘤免疫反应的重要作用。随着人们对人体肿瘤的更多组织学的研究发现,DC/LC具有抗肿瘤的活性,是机体抗肿瘤的重要效应细胞之一。近来的研究表明,早期肿瘤患者的肿瘤组织中缺少或存在DC/LC,其预后变化较大。实验表明DC/LC浸润于早期肿瘤的组织内,则患者生存率高,预后良好;相反,肿瘤组织中不存在DC/LC,则肿瘤迅速增生扩散,患者预后不好。
This article describes the relationship between dendritic cells / Langerhans cells (DC / LC) and tumors in human tumors and mouse tumor models. As an antigen presenting cell (APC), DC / LC has the important function of presenting tumor antigens and participating in the anti-tumor immune response of the body. As more histological studies on human tumors have found that DC / LC has anti-tumor activity and is one of the most important effector cells for anti-tumor immunity in the body. Recent studies have shown that there is a large change in the prognosis in the absence or presence of DC / LC in the tumor tissue of early-stage cancer patients. Experiments show that infiltration of DC / LC in early tumor tissue, the patient survival rate is high, the prognosis is good; the contrary, the absence of DC / LC tumor tissue, the proliferation of rapid proliferation of the tumor, the patient’s prognosis is not good.
