ISO 9000系列标准是由国际标准化组织(ISO)颁布的质量管理和质量保证国际标准,现已为世界上50多个国家所采用.但是由于这一工作在国内刚刚开展,人们的认识还有一些模糊,甚至误认为ISO9000系列标准审查的目的仅仅是为了获得一张合格证书.为促进ISO9000体系认识工作的顺利开展,我们采访了香港标准检定中心主席、广东东莞生益电子有限公司总经理罗肇强博士.通过罗总经理的介绍,我们不仅可以了解到该公司按照ISO9000系列标准开展品质管理工作的经验,还可以加深认识ISO9000系列标准的实质内容及深刻含义.以下是采访记录(未经被采访者审阅),供学习参考.
The ISO 9000 series of standards are international standards for quality management and quality assurance issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and are now used by more than 50 countries in the world. However, as this work has just started in China, there are still a few people’s understandings. Obscure, and even mistakenly considered that the purpose of the ISO9000 series of standards review was simply to obtain a certificate of conformity. To promote the smooth development of the ISO9000 system, we interviewed Dr. Luo Junqiang, chairman of the Hong Kong Standard Certification Center and general manager of Guangdong Shengyi Electronics Co., Ltd. Through the introduction of General Manager Luo, we can not only understand the company’s experience in carrying out quality management work according to the ISO9000 series standards, but also deepen the understanding of the substantive content and profound meaning of the ISO9000 series standards.
