在极端干旱区(敦煌)以泡泡刺(Nitraria sphaerocarpa)群落为研究对象,在7月和9月测定分析了不同间隔时间降雨对泡泡刺灌丛和裸地土壤呼吸速率的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,不同间隔时间的降雨没有引起土壤有机质和土壤氮含量的增加,但导致裸地和灌丛土壤pH轻微升高;与对照相比,在7月份,不同间隔时间的降雨显著增加了裸地和灌丛的土壤含水量和土壤呼吸速率(P<0.01),而在9月份,虽然不同间隔时间的降雨使土壤含水量显著增加(P<0.01),但土壤呼吸速率并没有显著提高(P>0.05);在裸地和灌丛下,降雨间隔时间延长没有明显提高或降低土壤呼吸速率变化(P>0.05)。
In the extremely arid region (Dunhuang), the community of Nitraria sphaerocarpa was studied in July and September. The effects of rainfall at different intervals on the soil respiration rate in the soil were studied. The results showed that compared with the control, rainfall at different intervals did not lead to the increase of soil organic matter and soil nitrogen content, but resulted in a slight increase of soil pH in bare land and shrub land.
