目的探讨MR定位伽玛刀治疗帕金森氏病靶点坐标的计算。方法:回顾总结100例伽玛刀治疗帕金森氏病例的头架固定、靶点选择、定位扫描及坐标计算。结果:得到用两种不同的MR定位扫描,靶点坐标的计算公式及计算结果。结论:两种方法均以AC、PC为标志,能精确地标定靶点并计算出其坐标,为伽玛刀治疗功能性疾病的MR定位提出新的思想
Objective To investigate the calculation of the target coordinates of MR targeting gamma knife in treating Parkinson’s disease. Methods: A retrospective review of 100 cases of gamma knife treatment of Parkinson ’s disease in the first frame fixation, target selection, positioning scanning and coordinate calculation. Results: The calculation formulas and calculation results of the coordinates of the target were obtained by using two different MR positioning scans. Conclusion: Both methods are marked by AC and PC, which can accurately calibrate the target and calculate its coordinates, and put forward new ideas for the MR positioning of gamma knife in treating functional diseases
