目的：探讨去甲二氢愈创木酸（Nordihydrognaiareticacid，NDGA）对恶性胶质瘤细胞裸鼠移植瘤的作用。方法：采用光镜和电镜观察移植瘤细胞的形态变化；用流式细胞仪进行细胞周期分析；用免疫组化检测肿瘤细胞中GFAP、PCNA的蛋白表达情况。结果：①NDGA可明显降低裸鼠移植瘤的成瘤率；②NDGA能抑制移植瘤细胞的生长和诱导其分化，使细胞增殖受阻于G1→S期。结论：NDGA在体内与体外有相同的抗胶质瘤作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nordihydrognaiareticacid (NDGA) on xenograft tumor of malignant glioma in nude mice. Methods: Morphological changes of tumor cells were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Cell cycle analysis was performed by flow cytometry. The protein expression of GFAP and PCNA in tumor cells was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: ①NDGA can significantly reduce the rate of tumorigenesis in xenografts of nude mice; ②NDGA can inhibit the growth of xenograft tumor cells and induce their differentiation so that the cell proliferation is blocked in G1 → S phase. Conclusion: NDGA has the same anti-glioma effect in vitro and in vivo.
