目的研究肺泡灌洗术对不同类型尘肺发音频率的影响。方法利用二十五音分析仪,检测煤工尘肺(19例)和矽肺(23例)两组不同类型尘肺患者发音频率并进行比较。结果肺泡灌洗术前煤工尘肺组在徵音区的构成比低于矽肺组;肺泡灌洗术后煤工尘肺组在商音区、徵音区的构成比低于矽肺组;矽肺组肺泡灌洗术后在角音区的构成比高于术前;煤工尘肺组肺泡灌洗术后在商音区的构成比低于术前(P<0.05)。结论肺泡灌洗术对不同类型尘肺患者发音频率的影响有着不同的规律,其发音频率的变化规律可考虑用于判断肺泡灌洗术疗效和预后。
Objective To study the effect of alveolar lavage on the frequency of different types of pneumoconiosis. Methods Twenty-five sound analyzer was used to detect the frequency of phonation in two groups of patients with pneumoconiosis (coal dust (19 cases) and silicosis (23 cases)). Results Before pneumoperitoneum laryngeal pneumoperitoneum pneumoconiosis group, the constituent ratio of coal miners pneumoconiosis group was lower than that of silicosis group. After pneumoconiosis laryngeal pneumoperitoneum pneumoconiosis group, The compositional ratio in the coronal area after lavage was higher than preoperatively. The constituent ratio in the Shangyin area after pneumoperitoneum lavage was lower than that before operation (P <0.05). Conclusions The influence of alveolar lavage on the frequency of phonation in different types of patients with pneumoconiosis has different rules. The change rule of phonological frequency can be used to judge the efficacy and prognosis of alveolar lavage.
