精密蜗轮副,是精密设备上分度的重要元件之一,随着机械工业和国防工业的发展,对分度元件的分度精度提出了更高的要求。为适应生产上的需要,在厂党委的的领导下,由技术科和齿轮车间,组成了一个“三结合”班子,共同研究在滚齿机上采用珩磨工艺,制成了如图1、图2所示的“珩磨装置”。经几年实践证明,蜗轮副经珩磨后,齿面光洁度达(?)8以上,精度为5级,接触斑点:齿高和齿长分别稳定在65%和75%。
