T形管与其他气液分离器相比具有结构简单、紧凑性强、易于集成,成本低廉等优势,在气液分离方面具有广泛应用前景.本文对有机工质R134a、R245fa在竖直撞击型T形管内气液相分离性能进行了实验研究.利用高速摄影对T形管上出口流型进行了观察分析;同时研究了T形管入口流量10~40 g/s,入口下度0~0.6的工况范围对出口参数及气、液相分离效率的影响.结果表明:T形管入口处于小流量及小干度情况下,T形管上出口处于雾状流流型,当入口流量及入口干度增大到一定程度后,T形管上出口由雾状流转变为搅混流;当上出口处于雾状流时,T形管液相分离效率几乎均在90%以上.“,”T junction is much simpler,compacter,more integrated and cheaper compared with other vapor-liquid separators,which is proved to be a promising separating device.The experimental investigation of the vapor-liquid phase-separation performance in the vertical impact T junction is conducted in the paper.The working fluids that are studied in the experiment are R134a and R245fa.The high-speed camera is employed to observe and analyze the flow pattern in the upper outlet of the vertical impact T junction.In the meanwhile,the influence of the inlet mass flow rate (10~40 g/s) and the inlet quality (0~0.6) of the T junetion on the outlet parameters,vapor separation efficiency and liquid separation efficiency are investigated.It is found in the experiment that the upper outlet of the vertical impact T junction is in mist flow when the inlet quality and inlet mass flow rate are relatively small.Instead,the upper outlet of the T junction changes into churn flow from mist flow when the inlet quality and inlet mass flow rate increase to some degree.It is proved that the liquid separation efficiency is almost up to 90% when the upper outlet is in mist flow.
