目的:探讨在胸腔积液行闭式引流术里中心静脉导管的价值与使用,我们发现胸腔闭式引流治疗中使用中心静脉导管是非常适宜的,具有并发症少的特点并且安全、效果明显。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value and use of central venous catheters in pleural effusion undergoing closed drainage. We found that the use of central venous catheters in the treatment of closed thoracic drainage is very suitable with less complications and is safe and effective.
