在制造汽车用制动衬片的摩擦材料中是否必须填加钢丝,是制造厂与某些用户之间经常争论的问题。本文从对国产和进(?)石棉绒质摩擦材料配方组份份的分析和调查入手,通过对填加1~3%铜丝和不加铜丝对冲击强度影响的试验研究证明,加铜线不会明显地提高制品的冲击强度;能过时含1%铜丝的摩擦试件显微观察论断.铜丝的存在是国产石棉绒质摩擦片易于形成热裂纹的主要因素之一。取消铜丝.填加铜或铝粉屑和钢棉.对提高制品冲击强度,改善其摩擦磨损性能具有重要作用。
