创建高校学习型大学生党支部是高校学生党建工作面临新时期挑战的必然要求,也是关系到党和社会主义事业是否后继有人的战略问题。在研究创建学习型大学生党支部内涵的基础上,围绕学习型大学生党支部的特征和构成要素,对创建高校学习型大学生党支部的主要途径进行了探讨。
The founding of college student party branches in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the party construction in colleges and universities to face challenges in the new era and a strategic issue that concerns the successor of the party and the cause of socialism. On the basis of studying the connotation of establishing a college student party branch, this paper discusses the main ways of establishing the college student party branch in colleges and universities around the characteristics and components of the college student party branch.
