世纪之交,中小学教育一度成为社会各界广泛关注的热点问题之一。2001年随着《基础教育课程改革钢要(试行)》的颁布及中小学各科课程标准实验稿的出台,标志着我国课程的改革与建设进入了一个新的时期。新课程的内涵十分丰富,充满了改革的精神,传达了新世纪教学的理念,洋溢着时代的气息,指明了我国中小学各科教育的方向,其深远意义不可低估。
At the turn of the century, primary and secondary education has become one of the hot issues of concern to all walks of life. In 2001, with the promulgation of “The Basic Education Curriculum Reform Steel (Trial)” and the introduction of experimental drafts of the curriculum standards for primary and secondary schools, it marked that the reform and construction of our country’s curriculum has entered a new era. The connotation of the new curriculum is very rich. It is full of the spirit of reform, and it conveys the concept of teaching in the new century. It is full of the atmosphere of the times and points out the direction of education for all subjects in primary and secondary schools in China. Its profound significance cannot be underestimated.
