近年来,以大学生为代表的青年就业压力加大。创业,逐渐成为青年就业的新选择。对青年创业来说,面临着缺能力、缺场地、缺资金、缺项目、缺经验、缺环境等突出困难。对此,青岛市坚持政府主导、统筹协调,市场运作、社会参与,整合资源、集聚发展,构建了“培训+商机+孵化+资金+导师+宣传”六位一体的精细化创业公共服务体系,对破解青年创业难题,有效促进成功创业进行了积极探索。
In recent years, the employment pressure of young people represented by college students has increased. Entrepreneurship has gradually become a new choice for youth employment. For youth entrepreneurship, they are faced with outstanding difficulties such as lack of ability, lack of funds, lack of funds, lack of projects, lack of experience and lack of environment.
