氯硝柳胺是最常用的灭螺药物。随着该药物的大量应用,对其水生生物毒性作用及细胞毒性机制的研究越来越多。本文对氯硝柳胺引起的细胞、细胞器、细胞酶、细胞信号通路及遗传物质毒性进行了概述,并提出了今后的研究方向。 Niclosamide is the most commonly used snail drug. With the large number of applications of the drug, more and more studies have been conducted on its aquatic toxicity and cytotoxicity mechanisms. In this paper, the cell, organelles, cellular enzymes, cell signaling pathways and genetic material toxicity induced by niclosamide were summarized and the future research directions were proposed.
