为探明小麦生态雄性不育系ES-8,ES-10和恢复系恢17,83-2的部分制种特性,1995~1996年度和1996~1997年度在长沙连续两个年度进行了制种试验.结果表明:利用ES-8,ES-10进行制种,于9月底至10月上旬播种,两年度均稳定不育.不育系和恢复系开花比较集中,单穗一日开花高峰期不育系为:8:00~11:00,恢复系为9:00~12:00,群体开花历期7~8d,单穗开花历期4~5d.就开颖状况而言,不育系ES-8优于ES-10,ES-8在没有接受花粉条件下不闭颖,而ES-10则明显存在“开颖-闭颖-再开颖”的过程,开颖后几分钟张颖角度达到最大值,并可以保持1~2h,此时是接受花粉的最佳时期.不育系的柱头活力一般可以维持8~9d,以开花后第4d或第5d柱头活力最强
In order to explore the partial seed production characteristics of ES-8, ES-10 and restorer restorer lines 17 and 83-2 in wheat, male sterile lines were planted in Changsha for two consecutive years from 1995 to 1996 and from 1996 to 1997 test. The stigma activity of sterile lines can generally be maintained for 8-9 days, and stigma vigor is the strongest at 4 days or 5 days after anthesis
