干腐病是马铃薯种薯贮藏期间最为常见的真菌性病害之一,其常年发病率10~30%左右,对种薯的安全贮藏威胁很大。此外,种植带菌的种薯不仅影响来年的产量,而且还会污染土壤,增加土壤中病原体的数量。 1.症状块茎表面初呈褐色病斑,以后病斑逐渐扩大呈深褐色,边缘不明显。随着块茎失水率的增加,病部表面呈环状皱缩,深层病部组织浅褐色,有时具深色条纹,严重时有空腔形成,空腔内长满灰白色菌丝。发病后期,病斑表面常产生白色或粉红色的霉层,块茎僵缩,一捏即成粉状。
