A跨国公司的培训机制虽然较健全且培训投入经费也较多,但是在华员工对公司组织培训的满意度却较低。认真分析在华员工对培训满意度较低的原因,有针对性地改进培训激励机制,是提高他们对培训满意度的重要举措。其他跨国公司可作为借鉴。
