目的复方丹参注射液联合乌司他丁对全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)患者凝血功能的影响。方法将收治我科住院的40例无凝血功能障碍的SIRS患者随机分为两组,对照组20例给予常规对症支持治疗,治疗组20例加用复方丹参注射液和乌司他丁,分别检测两组患者治疗前、后1、3、7 d的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)和血小板计数(BPC)。结果治疗组治疗后7 d的检测指标与对照组有显著差异。结论复方丹参注射液联合乌司他丁可能对SIRS患者的凝血功能有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fufang Danshen injection combined with ulinastatin on coagulation function in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). Methods Forty cases of SIRS patients without coagulation dysfunction admitted to our department were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment. In the treatment group, 20 cases were treated with compound Danshen injection and ulinastatin, Prothrombin time (PT) and platelet count (BPC) were measured before treatment, 1, 3 and 7 days after treatment in both groups. Results The treatment group 7 d after treatment indicators and control group were significantly different. Conclusion Compound Danshen injection combined with ulinastatin may have a protective effect on the coagulation function in patients with SIRS.
