研究表明中耳渗液内明显存在着炎性细胞分裂产物,诸如β-白细胞介素Ⅰ(IL-1),白细胞介素6(IL-6),以及α-肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)。由于对人耳研究的局限性,使这一发现的临床意义尚不能完全阐明,为此制作粟鼠动物模型,首先通过手术阻塞咽鼓管,两周后造成中耳渗液,经耳镜检查证实,30耳中有27耳表现出中耳渗液,然后随机分成三组,于中耳内分别注入经加热灭活的肺炎链球菌1×10~6/0.1ml和生理盐水0.1ml,第三组不注射任何液体,做为空白对照,用ELISA方法测试中耳渗液中的IL-1和TNF的含量,
