目的了解市售不同质量聚氨酯清漆中苯的含量水平。方法按油漆的价格和质量分为高档次组、中档次组和低档次组,每组25件样本。苯含量测定用气相色谱法FID检测器,以FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离。结果高档次组聚氨酯清漆中苯结果范围为0.018g/100 g~0.23g/100 g,超标率为0%;中档次组聚氨酯清漆中苯结果范围为0.018g/100 g~1.22 g/100 g,超标率为8%;低档次组聚氨酯清漆中苯结果范围为0.018g/100 g~4.38 g/100 g,超标率为20%。质控样的总标准差(st)均<自身浓度的5%,准确度的置信限(R/d)为0.97。结论市售聚氨酯清漆中苯存在超标现象,提示生产和监管部门应加强生产过程中对溶剂的质量控制。
Objective To understand the levels of benzene in different quality polyurethane varnishes commercially available. Method according to the price and quality of paint is divided into high-grade group, middle-grade group and low-grade group, each group of 25 samples. Determination of benzene content by gas chromatography FID detector, to FFAP capillary column separation. Results The results ranged from 0.018g / 100g to 0.23g / 100g for benzene in the high-grade polyurethane varnish and the over-standard rate was 0%. The range of benzene in the medium-grade polyurethane varnish ranged from 0.018g / 100g to 1.22g / 100g , Exceeding the standard rate of 8%; low grade polyurethane varnish in the range of 0.018g / 100g ~ 4.38 g / 100g, exceeding the standard rate of 20%. The total standard deviation (st) for the control samples was <5% of the self-concentration and the confidence limit (R / d) for the accuracy was 0.97. Conclusion The presence of benzene in the market of polyurethane varnishes exceeds the standard, suggesting that the production and regulatory authorities should strengthen the quality control of solvents in the production process.
