开放的程度就是发展的程度。海南岛这个中国的热带海岛,被称为世界上“少有的几块未被污染的净土”。建省20多年之后,海南省启动国际旅游岛建设。这被认为是海南沉寂多年之后的再次发力。海南岛长期发展的愿景,—度是自由贸易区。而现在,一个以国际旅游岛为初步目标的设想,已经于去年纳入了国家发展战略。3月19日,2010博鳌国际旅游论坛大会在三亚召开,拉开了海南国际旅游岛建设的序幕。难以想象,一个仅次于台湾的中国第二大岛,—旦进入这样一种由开放到发展的制度设计,会爆发出何等的活力与能量。
The degree of openness is the degree of development. Hainan Island, the tropical island of China, is known as the “rare land of uncontaminated soil” in the world. More than 20 years after its establishment, Hainan Province started the construction of an international tourist island. This is considered to be the second force of Hainan after years of silence. Long-term development of Hainan Island vision, degree is a free trade area. Now, a vision of an international tourism island as its initial goal has been incorporated into the national development strategy last year. It is hard to imagine that after entering Taiwan, the second largest island in China after this kind of development, the vitality and energy that erupts will emerge.
