Wernicke脑病(Wernicke encephalopathy,WE)是一种因维生素B_1(硫胺)缺乏引起的急性代谢性脑病,最常见的原因是慢性酒精中毒。近来妊娠剧吐致WE有所报道。我院急诊科收住由妊娠剧吐致WE 2例,经大剂量维生素B_1治疗后,症状明显改善、消失。该病早期临床表现无特异性,临床医师对该病缺乏足够认识,早期诊断正确率低,且死亡率高。为使临床医师加深对WE的认识,提高早期诊断WE的正确性, Wernicke encephalopathy (WE) is an acute metabolic encephalopathy caused by vitamin B 1 (thiamine) deficiency, the most common cause of which is chronic alcoholism.
