为了解决德士古气化炉托砖盘频繁出现温度超标的实际问题,对激冷水流量、激冷室结垢、激冷室液位、气化炉液位及气化炉温度引起托砖盘超温的原因进行了分析,并叙述了优化、处理措施.结果显示,激冷室结垢是引起托砖盘温度升高的主要原因,改善系统水质可缓解结垢现象;激冷水流量在350 m3/h左右时可降低热负荷对托砖盘温度的影响;气化炉液位在42%~44%、洗涤塔液位在44% ~46%时,对稳定托砖盘温度的效果较好.“,”In order to solve the practical problem of frequently over-temperature at prop plank in Texaco gasifier,the reasons of quench water flow,fouling in quench chamber,quench chamber liquid level,gasifier liquid level and the gasifier temperature causing over-temperature at prop plank are analyzed.And the optimization and treatment measures are described.The results show that the quench chamber fouling is the main cause of over-temperature at prop plank.Improving system water quality can ease fouling problem.If the quench water flow is around 350 m3/h,the influence of heat load on temperature at prop plank in the gasifier can be dropped.The liquid level in gasifier in the range of 42%-44% and the liquid level in washing tower being 44%-46%,which both has good effects on the stability of temperature at prop plank.
