目的:制备苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体,并考察其性质及体外释药行为。方法:采用薄膜分散法制备以丙二醇为柔软剂的苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体,并采用离心分光光度法考察其物理稳定性,采用体外透析法考察其体外释放情况。结果:与苦参碱普通脂质体相比,所制得的苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体的物理稳定性更高;与苦参碱水溶液、苦参碱普通脂质体相比,苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体体外释放呈明显缓释。结论:薄膜分散法制备的苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体外观良好,较稳定,且其体外释放明显缓释。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare matrine nanoflexible liposomes and study their properties and in vitro release behavior. Methods: Matrine nanoflexible liposomes with propylene glycol as softener were prepared by membrane dispersion method. The physical stability of matrine nanofibers was investigated by centrifugal spectrophotometry. The in vitro release was investigated by in vitro dialysis. Results: The physical stability of the matrine nanoflexible liposomes was higher than that of the matrine common liposomes. Compared with the matrine aqueous solution and the matrine common liposomes, Alkali nanometer flexible liposomes release in vitro was significantly delayed release. CONCLUSION: The matrine nanofabric liposomes prepared by the method of membrane dispersion have a good appearance and stability, and their sustained release in vitro is obvious.
