改革开放以来,苏南乡镇企业以其独有的特征和瞩目的成就,创出了一条繁荣农村,致富农民的成功之路,被誉为我国苏南国民经济的“半壁江山”。然而,随着市场经济的逐步发展,乡镇企业内部的一些固有弊端也逐渐暴露出来。苏南乡镇企业如何再次把握机遇,重振雄风,走上现代化之路,已是历史赋予第二代乡镇企业家的光荣使命。
Since the reform and opening up, the township enterprises in southern Jiangsu Province have, with their unique characteristics and remarkable achievements, created a successful road to prospering the rural areas and getting rich peasants. They have been hailed as “half of the national economy in southern Jiangsu.” However, with the gradual development of the market economy, some inherent disadvantages of the township and village enterprises are gradually exposed. How the township enterprises in southern Jiangsu seize the opportunity again, revive the glory and embark on the path of modernization is the glorious mission that history has given to the second generation of township entrepreneurs.
