青年失业问题正在一定范围内蔓延,如何加强青年的培训已是各方人士为之关注的重点。本文从政府、学校、企业和社会中介组织四个角度对加强青年培训进行阐述,并对造成青年失业的原因进行了分析,借此从中得出了一些有助于提高青年就业率的方法。
The problem of youth unemployment is spreading to a certain extent. How to strengthen the training of young people has been the focus of attention of all parties. This article elaborates on strengthening youth training from the perspectives of government, schools, enterprises and social intermediaries, and analyzes the causes of youth unemployment so as to draw some methods that can help increase the employment rate of young people.
