1、上汽集团、南汽集团全面整合拉开帷幕。上、南双方已于近日成立指导委员会和管理委员会,促进全面整合。在目前的指导委员会和管理委员会构架下,上海汽车执行副总裁陈志鑫将负责南汽的相关工作;上汽集团副总裁、上、南合作谈判组中上汽方面的负责人蒋志伟和上汽集团规划部执行总监王庆宇,将主管因上南合作而新成立的东华公司的相关工作。
1, SAIC, SAIC Group fully integrated start. Both China and South Korea have set up a steering committee and a management committee recently to promote full integration. In the framework of the current steering committee and the management committee, Chen Zhixin, executive vice president of SAIC, will be responsible for the relevant work of SAIC; Jiang Zhiwei, the vice president of SAIC and head of SAARC-SAICTA and executive director of Planning Department of SAIC Wang Qingyu will be in charge of the related work of Tung Wah Group newly established as a result of the Shanghai-South cooperation.
