目的 研究测定肌苷注射液中肌苷含量的方法。方法 以固定化核苷磷酸化酶 (EC2 .4.2 .1)、黄嘌呤氧化酶 (EC1.2 .3.2 )与过氧化氢电极构成电流型酶电极 ,研究了肌苷酶电极分析法的各种分析条件及参数 ,并与纸色谱 紫外分光光度法对比测定了肌苷注射液中肌苷含量。结果 酶电极法测定结果与纸色谱 紫外法结果之间有较好的一致性。结论 采用酶电极法测定肌苷注射液中肌苷含量具有专一性高、成本低、分析速度快等优点
Objective To study the method of inosine in inosine injection. Methods The immobilized nucleoside phosphorylase (EC2 .4.2.1), xanthine oxidase (EC1.2 .3.2) and hydrogen peroxide electrode constitute current-type enzyme electrode. The conditions and parameters were analyzed. The content of inosine in inosine injection was determined by the paper chromatography UV spectrophotometry. Results There was a good agreement between the results of enzyme electrode and the results of paper chromatography UV. Conclusion The determination of inosine inosine by enzyme electrode method has the advantages of high specificity, low cost and fast analysis speed
