为改善非阳极氧化化学着色法在铝合金小型零件表面形成色膜的完整性和致密性,降低其对杂质的吸附能力,获得理想的装饰性效果,提高色膜表面的耐蚀性,本文采用双重后处理法对以钼酸铵为主盐在铝合金零件表面直接形成的黑色装饰性保护膜层进行封闭和坚膜的后处理研究。结果表明,与未经过后处理的色膜相比,经双重后处理后,色膜表面色泽美观度和修饰性效果更好,色膜的耐酸、耐碱能力提高近2倍,耐盐性能提高1倍。
