铁是儿童生长发育过程中必需的营养素之一,其需要量与生长速度成正比,发铁含量可以反映体内铁的营养状况,故发铁可做为评价人群铁营养水平的指标。为了解我市儿童的铁营养状况,我们选择了市区393名7~9岁儿童进行了发铁含量测定,发样取自头枕部头发2~3cm,每份0.5g,干法消化,用WFX—1B型原子吸收仪测定。用百分位数法确定发铁范围,其结束第50%位数为25.68ppm,第5%位数为4.32ppm,第95%位数为62.94ppm,第10%、25%、75%、90%位数分别为:8.65ppm、15.86ppm、
Iron is one of the essential nutrients in children’s growth and development process, its demand is proportional to the growth rate, iron content can reflect the nutritional status of iron in the body, so hair iron can be used as an indicator of iron nutrition level of the crowd. In order to understand the iron nutrition status of children in our city, we selected 393 children aged 7 to 9 in our urban area to carry out iron content determination. Hair samples were taken from the head pillow hair 2 ~ 3cm, each 0.5g, dry digestion, By WFX-1B atomic absorption spectrometry. The range of hair iron was determined by the percentile method.
