过去4年用 E_3箱(kit)测定孕妇尿中雌三醇值(Estriol 简称 E_3) ,约600例达1100次查体。其中包括正常妊娠,过期妊娠,胎死宫内,无脑儿,糖尿病等病例。尤其对过期妊娠和妊娠中毒症的 E_3低值进行了探讨。这些病例中 E_3低值是明显存在的,其中有 E_3值一时性下降又恢复正常而等待自然分娩,还有持续性 E_3低值直到自然分娩或剖腹产,以及持续性 E_3低值胎死宫内等各种各样情况。
