矿井提升绞车制动闸主拉杆是制动装置的关键部件,直接关系到提升系统的安全运行。1984年6月10日11时45分我局李封煤矿的2БМ2500/1220А型绞车就发生一起制动闸主拉杆(见图1)在运行中突然断裂事故。事后,我们对该件(抚顺重型机械厂1957年生产的这种绞车的原装部件,系45~#钢锻制)进行了宏观断口检验和金相显微检验,对断口处的组织形态进行了综合分析,找出了断裂原因。意在接受教训、采取措施,防止此类事故的重复发生。
