党的十八大报告首次单篇论述生态文明,把“美丽中国”作为未来生态文明建设的宏伟目标,把生态文明建设摆在总体布局的高度来论述,表明我们党对中国特色社会主义总体布局认识的深化,把生态文明建设摆在五位一体的高度来论述,也彰显出中华民族对子孙、对世界负责的精神。在当前的发展新形势下,进一步加强城乡环卫事业建设,对推动全局生态文明提升,有着举足轻重的意义。而衢州市在涌现出的许许多多的“最美衢州人”的感召和推动下,崇德向善蔚然成风。市委、市政府因势利导、积极推动,组织开展了一系列全民性道德实践活动,广大衢州市民积极参与,以实际行动践行美德、奉献爱心,大力弘扬社会主义核心价值理念,使古老的三衢大地如沐春风。“诚信、责任、仁爱、奉献”不仅诠释了衢州的历史人文传统,更体现了衢州人历经磨砺的精神追求和品格锻造。“衢州人的价值观”的凝聚、升华,是社会主义核心价值体系在衢州的生动实践,得到了全体衢州人的认同,撑起了当代衢州人共有的精神家园。因此,切实加强环卫队伍建设,进一步弘扬与贯彻衢州人价值观,深化社会主义核心价值体系部署,逐步形成特色鲜明、高效科学的衢州环卫事业新格局成了衢州城市建设新课题。
