目的总结留置Folley’s尿管致尿道损伤的原因和处理方法。方法对10例留置Folley’s尿管致尿道损伤的原因进行分析,并提出处理措施。结果 10例患者中8例经过充分润滑尿道后留置尿管成功,2例行纤维膀胱镜尿道会师术成功。结论对尿道解剖、Folley’s尿管特点不熟悉及意识障碍患者无意识拔出尿管,均是导致尿道损伤的原因,对尿道损伤行微创处理安全有效。
Objective To summarize the causes and treatment of urethral injury caused by Folley’s catheter. Methods The causes of urethral injury in 10 cases of Folley’s catheter were analyzed and the treatment measures were put forward. Results Of the 10 patients, 8 were successfully treated with urethral catheterization and 2 were treated with cystoscope urethra. Conclusion Urethral dissection, unfractional characteristics of Folley’s catheter and unconscious patients with unconsciousness are the reasons of urethral injury, which is safe and effective for minimally invasive urethral injury.
