随着信息化发展进程的加快,我国机械生产领域呈现出良性发展趋势。在此背景下,我国提出了“中国制造2025”机械领域改革发展战略计划,强化了机械工艺的改革力度,以保障我国机械生产在国际地位的显著提升。为更好地构建工业强国,必须有足够的高品质机械人才作为储备条件,从而为国家的工业发展提供强大的人才支撑条件。就此,中职院校作为重点机械人才培养基地,应侧重于学生综合职业素养的培养。将职业素质训练与机械生产操作技能相协调,全面培养中职生的整体素质。
With the acceleration of the development of information technology, the field of machinery production in our country shows a benign trend of development. Against this background, China has proposed a strategic plan for the reform and development of the “Made in China 2025” machinery field and strengthened the reform of mechanical technology so as to ensure the significant improvement of China’s machinery production in its international status. In order to better build an industrial power, there must be sufficient high-quality mechanical personnel as a reserve condition, so as to provide a strong talent supportive condition for the country’s industrial development. In this regard, vocational colleges as a focus of mechanical personnel training base should focus on the cultivation of students’ comprehensive professional qualifications. The quality of vocational training and mechanical production operations skills to coordinate the full development of secondary vocational students overall quality.
