目的:研究胸壁复发性乳腺癌的介入治疗.材料;5例乳腺癌根治术后同侧胸壁复发患者.方法:经患侧内乳动脉,外胸动脉和胸背动脉造影,确定复发灶的供血动脉后于靶动脉内注入碘油-ADM 混悬液和明胶海绵-MMC 混合物.结果:3例完全缓解,2例部份缓解.除2例于2年和1.5年时死于肝转移外,余3例追踪1年以上,仍健在.结论 TACE 是胸壁复发性乳腺癌治疗的好方法. Objective: To study the interventional treatment of breast cancer with recurrent breast cancer. Materials: 5 patients with chest wall recurrence after radical mastectomy. Methods: Determine the blood supply of recurrent foci by imaging the ipsilateral internal mammary artery, external thoracic artery, and thoracodorsal artery. After injection of iodized oil-ADM suspension and Gelfoam-MMC mixture into the target artery, the artery was completely resorbed and partial remission was achieved in 2 cases. Except 2 cases died of liver metastasis at 2 years and 1.5 years. The remaining 3 cases were followed for over 1 year and were still alive. Conclusion TACE is a good method for the treatment of recurrent breast cancer.
