通过模拟浸泡实验和电化学测试技术研究锌铝合金镀层和热镀锌层在人造海水中的耐蚀性,同时采用XPS和AES技术研究锌铝合金镀层在人造海水中形成的钝化膜。结果表明:锌铝合金镀层具有更佳的耐海水腐蚀性能,其在人造海水中形成的钝化膜,主要成分是ZnO,外层含有氢氧化物和少量吸附的硫酸盐及氯化物,钝化膜中无Al元素存在。
The corrosion resistance of Zn-Al alloy coating and hot-dip galvanized coating in artificial seawater was studied by simulated immersion test and electrochemical test, and the passivation film of Zn-Al alloy coating in artificial seawater was studied by XPS and AES. The results show that the zinc-aluminum alloy coating has better resistance to seawater corrosion. The passivation film formed in artificial seawater mainly consists of ZnO, the outer layer contains hydroxide and a small amount of sulfate and chloride, and the passivation Al-free film elements exist.
