在一个不尊重法律的社会,法律犹如稻草人只能吓鸟。在这样的社会,司法神像也只是个稻草人。麦田里,有个守望者,两臂左右伸展,头上一顶草帽。风里,雨里,晌晴白日,满空星斗,都是这个固定姿势,很长时间了。在乡下,大人见惯,无动于衷;孩子见了,都喜欢;胆小的鸟儿见了,都很怕。
