It is also the value and ownership of a country’s outward presence. The United States and other developed countries arbitrarily use and transform the traditional cultures of other ethnic groups and regions and sounded the alarm for the protection of Chinese traditional culture. While managing the traditional culture in the field of public law, the government should strengthen the protection of private rights so as to balance the interests between the rights holders and the users and promote the better development of our traditional culture.
