高职院校会计电算化专业的特性使切实加强“双师型”教师队伍建设成为必然。目前,高职院校会计电算化专业“双师型”教师队伍数量不足、轻实质重形式、可持续发展规划欠缺。笔者以全新的视角来判断和衡量高职院校会计电算化专业“双师型”教师,并对多元化高职院校会计电算化专业“双师型”教师队伍建设新途径提出了自己的意见和建议。
The characteristics of accounting computerization in higher vocational colleges make it necessary to strengthen the construction of a contingent of teachers with double qualifications. At present, there are not enough numbers of teachers in the field of computerized accounting in higher vocational colleges and universities, “double-qualified teachers”, light and substantial forms, and lack of sustainable development planning. The author uses a new perspective to judge and measure the accounting computerization professional “double teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges, and to the construction of diversified higher vocational college accounting computerization professional “double teacher ” teacher team New ways to put forward their own opinions and suggestions.
