清热类中药是中药药理领域中最早系统研究的一类药物，经过几十年的研究，对其药理作用的认识逐步完善，其具有解热镇痛、抗炎、防治心血管疾病等作用。阿司匹林是非甾体消炎药的代表药，同时是心血管疾病一、二级预防的常规用药，具有解热镇痛、抗炎抗风湿、抗血栓形成等功效。随着对药物作用机制研究的深入，越来越多的文献显示，清热类中药与阿司匹林的药理作用有较多的相似性。“,”Traditional Chinese medicine with the function of expelling internal heat is the first kind of drugs that has been systematically studied in pharmacology field of traditional Chinese medicine .After dec-ades of research,understanding of its pharmacological action gradually deepens,it has the function of antipy-retic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory, prevention and treatment for cardiovascular diseases,and so on.Aspirin is a representative of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and a general drug for the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases,that it has the function of antipyretic ,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-rheumatism,anti-thrombosis,etc.As the research on the mechanisms of drugs deepens,more and more litera-tures have shown that there is a lot of similarity of pharmacological action between traditional Chinese medi-cine with the function of expelling internal heat and aspirin .
