当前幼儿教育在培养幼儿创造力方面还不够重视,甚至抑制或破坏了幼儿创造力的发展,其原因主要是幼儿园教师创新意识薄弱,忽视了对孩子创造力的培养;教师的包办代替剥夺了孩子的创新实践能力;家长素质不高不利于幼儿园对孩子创造力的培养。培养幼儿的创造力可以从转变观念,让教师树立创新意识;适度放手,抓住激发孩子创造力的机会;家园配合,共同培养孩子的创造力等方面入手。
