病历摘要患者男,60岁,因腹胀、双下肢浮肿1年余,反复精神异常,昏迷1个月于1991年1月3日入院。病人1年前开始出现乏力、纳差、腹胀,腹部逐渐隆起,双下肢浮肿。在本院门诊检查,诊断为“肝硬化腹水”,长期予护肝利尿等治疗,病情稳定。1个月前因精神异常、不省人事,在当地医院住院,诊断“肝硬化并肝昏迷,低钾血症”,经治疗好转出院。近周来因浮肿加重,自服利尿药,1天前病人又出现胡言
Medical history Abstract Male, 60 years old, due to bloating, lower extremity edema more than 1 year, repeated mental abnormalities, coma for 1 month in January 3, 1991 admission. A year ago the patient began to appear weak, anorexia, bloating, the abdomen gradually bulging, lower extremity edema. Outpatient examination in our hospital, diagnosed as “cirrhosis of the liver”, long-term treatment of liver and diuretic treatment, stable condition. 1 month ago because of mental disorders, unconsciousness, hospitalized in a local hospital, the diagnosis of “cirrhosis and hepatic coma, hypokalemia”, after treatment improved discharged.
