师徒制小班化职业教育在西方有悠久的历史,当前发达国家普遍采用师徒制职业教育模式。我国于2005年出台职教法规,促进“工学结合”的职业教育模式的推广。“工学结合”的职业教育具有理论联系实际、符合社会企业需求等优点,对推进职教发展有重大作用。从教育心理而言,在师徒制小班教学模式下的“工学结合”中,要做到正确调整学生学习动机、调整实习任务难度、正确采取程序化教学模式、运用变式练习、注重反馈策略等,利用教育心理发挥小班教学优势,促进“工学结合”教学模式取得实效。
