医疗体制的改革发展,在很大程度上推动了国内医疗领域的现代化发展,为医院管理水平的提升创造了有利条件。而财务管理是医院管理中极为重要的一部分,直接影响到医院的健康稳定运行,因而必须进行医院财务管理创新,以更好地适应新的医疗环境。本文结合新医疗体制对医院财务管理提出的要求,分析了当前医院财务管理中存在的问题,并探讨了相应的改进与创新措施。
The reform and development of the medical system has greatly promoted the modernization of the domestic medical field and created favorable conditions for the improvement of the hospital management. Financial management is an extremely important part of hospital management, which directly affects the healthy and stable operation of the hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the hospital financial management to better adapt to the new medical environment. Based on the requirements of the new medical system for the hospital financial management, this paper analyzes the current problems in the hospital financial management and discusses the corresponding improvement and innovation measures.
