随着电力体制改革的深入进行,完善的电力市场竞争体制正逐渐形成,这将会对我国电力行业产生深远影响。本文运用PEST、SWOT等理论模型,对内蒙古农电企业所处的内外部环境以及企业自身优势和劣势进行分析,制定出内蒙古农电企业的人力资源管理战略、经营管理战略、技术创新战略。希望本研究可以使农电企业能够有效地面对电力体制改革带来的挑战,提高内蒙古农电企业的竞争能力,使其能够更好地为偏远地区电力用户提供服务。
With the deepening of the power system reform, a sound power market competition system is gradually taking shape, which will have a profound impact on the power industry in our country. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Inner Mongolia rural power enterprises and their own advantages and disadvantages by using the theoretical models such as PEST and SWOT, and draws up the strategy of human resources management, operation management and technology innovation of Inner Mongolia rural power enterprises. It is hoped that this study can enable rural power enterprises to effectively meet the challenges posed by the power system reform and enhance the competitiveness of rural power enterprises in Inner Mongolia so that they can better serve the power users in remote areas.
